Calling all superheroes! Join us for a morning of fitness and exercise while learning and practicing our superhero-themed skills! Exercising with your child instills the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle from an early age, setting the foundation for a lifetime of fitness habits. This program is open to all families with children ages 3-6, with age-appropriate exercises performed in a fun way. Families are welcome and encouraged to dress as their favorite superheroes. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
